Oh, So Suddenly He's "Hurricane" Rick?

From Yahoo! News:

Hurricane Rick has become an "extremely dangerous" Category 5 storm off Mexico's Pacific coast.

Well, he's certainly a disaster. But the Rio Grande's not exactly a coast.
